1. Keyboarding - Lesson 10 was due this morning. Work on your LAST KEYBOARDING LESSON, which is due in 1 week.
2. Do Cases & Places #2 (In my folder in Chapter 1, Case 1-2) on page 71 AND p135. You should print a report and 1 page of queries.
3. Do revisions!

Wednesday, May 25

1. Keyboarding - Lesson 10 due Thursday @ beginning of hour. Lesson 11 due next Thursday (June 2) @ beginning of hour.
2. Access - Chapter 1. We'll do this together! Open JSP Recruiters from YOUR folder (If you don't have it, copy my file into your folder). We'll do 44-56 together. You should end up with 4 reports. Just keep them open - no need to print. I will check them off and give you points. (You will need to be patient....there are a lot of students :o)).
3. We're going to do Lab 1 p68. You need to copy the file from my folder (JMS Techwizards) into your folder. Create the Technician Table and the 2 reports. DON'T PRINT. Just show me when you're done.

Tuesday, May 24

1. Keyboarding - Lesson 10 is due Thursday.
2. Do Lab 3 - on p134, part 1. The file is in my folder (Ada Beauty). Save each part as Step #.
Hints:
b. Think about using a star in a different place!
e. Use the "return" (remember where we changed it to 25% before?), to type in a number. You need to have your records in descending order.
f. you'll have to type in a 'formula' in the design grid: Total Amount: [Balance] + [Amount Paid]

Copy your queries to Word, type your name in, and print!!

Sorry that I can't be here! You will be starting Chapter 3. We'll go over some of the difficult parts on Wednesday.

1. Keyboarding Lesson 8 is due Thursday at the beginning of class.
2. Did you finish Lab 2 on p151? If not, finish that!
3. Start Chapter 3 (Campus Clothiers). It is in my folder (Chapter 3 of Excel) and starts on p169 in your book. You should get to p221. Print it the number sheet with the chart and print the formula sheet.
4. If you finish that....do revisions! do make up work!

2. Formula Practice - Look in Chapter 2 folder for "Formula Practice". Do the activity and let me know when you're ready for me to check it.
3. Do Lab 2 - I put the text in my folder for you (Chpt 2 Lab 2 Text). Do all of Part 1 and do Part 2 #1-3. Print your number sheet (including the chart) and formula sheet.

3. Apply 2-1 p145 (in my folder!) - Just do Instructions Part 1. PRINT Normal + Formulas
