1. Start VMware.
2. Work on Lesson 1 for keyboardingonline.com - This is due on MONDAY, JANUARY 10 at the beginning of class.
3. We'll go over notes (p3-4).
4. Create the flyer described in Chapter 1 of Word. The picture for this flyer is in the shared folder.
5. If you're done with all of the above, you can start Make it Right 1-1. This is in the shared folder.
Keyboarding Hints:
1. Remember to change your password. I would recommend changing it to your GLHS password.
2. Don't stop typing until the timer runs out. If you finish a line, press Enter and start typing the line over again.
3. For the 15 and 30 second lessons, the program only saves scores that have no errors.
4. Keep trying for a better score! I will count your best score only.
Grading Scale for Keyboarding:
10 pts = 40+ wpm
9 pts = 33-39wpm
8 pts = 25-32 wpm
7 pts = 20-24 wpm
